On this last Friday I went to Atelier des Chefs? This is a place where people (Chefs) teach you how to make very original and good cocktails as well as meals and tapas so you can impress your friends ;). You will have to make a reservation as it takes place every 15 days. Go with your friends!

Café Oz, 4th district

Snaps from the Australian Bar Café Oz on Saint Denis St. nearby Chatelet les Halles. We wanted to try it and we did it more than ever! Here are some of my friends I met when I lived in Los Angeles. I felt like in California for few hours :). Good atmosphere, good people!! (Hey Elodie, give my hat back!!) I can't wait for the Rugby World Cup on September this year! Should be great to watch it in this bar.

A wall of green

Few days ago I walked along the Seine river to visit a friend living near the Eiffel Tower. I suddenly stopped. I may stayed for 15 minutes watching up. There was a building and the wall was almost covered by plants. It was quite amazing. The revenge of the Nature over Human beings...whatever you may think watching it, you feel good :).

I wish all the buildings in Paris could be like this one

Dans le Noir

"Dans le Noir" is a bar/restaurant located in the fourth district of Paris. The concept is really fun. You and your friends hold in line while a blind man (Benoit or Amhid) comes to you and bring you to a very very dark room/ Well, you can't see anything at all. You can have a dinner or a drink with your friends.

That's an amazing feeling talking, moving, eating in a blind environment. I felt really unconfortable the first moments but I got easily used to it. All you do is touching everywhere including your friends and people around you. Of course, it is a easier way to talk to other people surrounding your table.

You must try it !

Iguana Café

I live in la Bastille district. There are a lot of café in La Roquette street and Rue de la Lappe but there is one I like to go which is the Iguana Café. Recently refurnished, it is a spacious Café/bar with 2 floors and a cool stair. Dj's parties every Thursday. If you're fan of Champagne, cocktails, gin, vodka, beer (Corona with slices of lemon yes, yes)..you gonna be flattered!

Le Baz'Art

Saturday. It's 11AM and you did too much party the day before? Well, let's be honest...you drunk too much, didn't you? And your stomach starts talking to you, right?

You just need a yummy brunch! I have a good tip for you guys: Le Baz'Art Café.

Meals are great, the place is clean with a nice décor. You will be stuffed!

Place des Vosges

There are a lot of spots in Paris where you can have your jogging. In La Bastille district, Place des Vosges is well known to welcome runners. By the way, there are a lot of Art Galleries all around it and American people just love it! The plazza view from the sky is nice as well! It's worth it. Go ahead!

La bastille district

Lucky me? I will live in the 11th district of Paris: La Bastille (where originally took place the French Revolution in 1789). There is a plazza with the same name. This area is really awesome! A lot of bars, restaurants, lounges, cafes, theaters, shops make this district one of the most active and charming districts of Paris where young people like to have a drink or two after work.
